Why

Why it might have happened

  • Anonymous browser uploads are capped at 10 MB per clip.
  • Signed-in and API-key uploads allow larger clips, but still have per-clip caps.
  • The upload may be coming from a tool that is sending more bytes than expected.

What you can try

  1. Upload audio that is 10 MB or smaller when you are not signed in.
  2. Sign in, or use an API key with voice:create, for the higher account tier.
  3. Split long recordings into smaller clips before uploading.
